We strive to find the right people with the drive and ambition to join our teams and thrive in the fantastic environment that we have created, it is essential to us that we do this.

After submitting your CV via our vacancies page, there is a three stage process to help you start your journey at Pico. This process has been built to be as efficient as possible without us compromising on the quality of candidates we get to see. We have seen fantastic results from this process and we are excited for you to start your journey.

Step One

Introductory call

Once you have successfully submitted your CV a member of our Talent Team will be in touch to discuss your suitability for the role. This stage is a relaxed conversation over the telephone, where the Talent Acquisition Advisor will ask you a few questions relevant to the role.

They will also ask you questions regarding your right to work in the UK, your current address, details of any unspent criminal convictions and your salary expectations. The phone call lasts approximately 30 minutes and can be booked at a time to suit you.

Step Two

Virtual interview

This is typically around 45 minutes to 1 hour long and will be hosted over GoogleMeet. You can expect to be asked a mixture of role based and team fit questions.

If successful at the virtual interview, you will be invited into one of our fantastic offices to meet members of our Talent Team and the Hiring Manager for the vacancy. This stage takes 1-2 hours and can vary depending on the role. Every candidate will complete a ‘Pico-fit’ interview, which consists of tailored questions designed to learn more about you and your personality.

You may also be asked to complete a technical interview depending on the role you are interviewing for. After you’ve finished the interview you will get a tour of the office where you will get to meet other team members and get a feel for our amazing company first hand.
