I feel very lucky to be part of the Pico Family. We have celebrated some wonderful milestones since I joined – we were voted 75th Best Company to work for in the East of England in 2021, we gained our second Queen's Award for Enterprise in 2022 and we were voted 25th Best Company to work for in 2022! I love the family attitude here at Pico, everyone matters, and everyone’s opinion is heard. We are lucky enough to have a Mental Health First Aid team and Men’s Health Champions whom we can turn to for support. We also now have a great gym which we can use on site and above all that… we have eaten lots and lots of cake and enjoyed some wonderful food vans provided by Pico! I could go on about the great things at Pico… so come on and join the family and see what we are all about!
