Location: Home based, Germany with occasional travel to Head Office, UK

Pico Technology is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our expanding team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development within a designated geographic region, both through direct engagement and through our expansive channel of partners. This role is critical to the growth of the business in the home markets. Ideally the candidate would have a history with strategic / key account management (whether it be managing system integrators, global OEMs or high service providers).

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, driving mindshare and channel partner engagement and achieving revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with a passion for technology and a track record of sales success to make a significant impact within our organisation.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Pico Technology's products within the assigned territory
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of Pico Technology's solutions
  • Work closely with our channel partners (both high service and technical) to map out and optimise mindshare and coverage within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key strategic customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Analyse the territory's market potential, identifying key growth areas and competitive landscape to formulate effective plans
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive territory plan to maximise sales opportunities and meet revenue targets
  • Accurately forecast sales projections and provide regular reports on sales activities, progress and market trends
  • Work closely with OEM/system integrators within the region

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with technical expertise and a strong understanding of test and measurement equipment, technologies and methodologies. Someone who has the ability to analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes to make informed decisions. Also someone who is able to be innovative, creative and passionate for technology!

The successful individual will be requested to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, and able to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
