Talent Acquisition Advisor

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Location: St.Neots, Cambridgeshire (hybrid working optional)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Recruitment Team! Someone who will deliver a well-rounded and efficient end-to-end in-house recruitment service to all relevant stakeholders throughout Pico!

You will:

  • Create brand awareness as an employer of choice to potential candidates by selling Pico and its benefits
  • Manage the full recruitment process from end to end (job authorisation, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering)
  • Ability to create and generate appropriate documentation that is tailored to each vacancy
  • Attend relevant meetings and interviews to thoroughly complete the paperwork required to ensure compliance with current legislation
  • Work with key stakeholders within Pico to understand the requirements of each role, including team fit as well as technical abilities
  • Keep updated with employment law and any other relevant legislation
  • Report on recruitment stats and data when requested
  • Participate/lead on role-specific projects as assigned by the HR Manager
  • Fully responsible for attending recruitment fairs, graduate days, and any other relevant events to promote Pico

What do you need?

  • Experience in Recruitment, in-house recruitment experience is preferred
  • Ideally a technical or STEM background
  • Experience in creating and implementing a seamless recruitment service
  • A strong communicator with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
