SEO Developer

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Hybrid working, St Neots office (this role is also open to full-time office based working)
Hours: 40 hours a week (with 30-minute paid lunch break)
Core office hours: 10am-3pm

As an SEO Developer, you will specialise and be responsible for the optimisation of SEO, Google Analytics data and Core Web Vitals reports across all company websites.

You will:

• Support the Online Business Development Manager (BDM) and Web Developer with webpage design and structure; developing, testing, and deploying the latest releases of the company websites.
• Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy
• Highlight, identify and recommend key results driven by growth opportunities
• Be able to review and flag potential web issues at the earliest point

• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Proficient in SEO with demonstratable experience
