Junior Internal Recruiter

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Location: St.Neots, Cambridgeshire (hybrid working optional)

Pico Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Internal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team!

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual, who is looking for a fast-paced role and wants to kick-start their career in recruitment.

You will learn to:

• Create brand awareness as an employer of choice to potential candidates by selling Pico and its benefits
• Manage the full recruitment process from end to end (job authorisation, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering)
• Create and generate appropriate documentation that is tailored to each vacancy
• Attend relevant meetings and interviews to thoroughly complete the paperwork required to ensure compliance with current legislation
• Work with key stakeholders within Pico to understand the requirements of each role, including team fit and technical abilities
• Keep updated with employment law and any other relevant legislation
• Report on recruitment stats and data when requested
• Participate in role-specific projects as assigned by the HR Manager
• Responsible for attending recruitment fairs, graduate days, and any other relevant events to promote Pico
