Web Developer

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Location: Hybrid working, St Neots office (this role is also open to full time office based working)

Hours: 40 hours a week (with 30-minute paid lunch break)

Core office hours: 10am-3pm

As a Web Developer, you will maintain, optimise and develop web content for all company websites in order to generate and increase conversions (sales, leads, subscriptions, downloads, forms).

You will:

  • Ensure all company websites/pages are kept in good health by use of: optimising SEO, Google Analytics data and Core Web Vitals reports.
  • Support the Online Business Development Manager (BDM) and Web Developer with webpage design and structure; developing, testing, and deploying the latest releases of the company websites.
  • Provide data-driven insights that result in specific action to improve onsite performance.
  • Manage and implement day-to-day requests and housekeeping of company websites/pages.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (PPC) and Ad Campaigns.
  • Contribute to the broader marketing strategies to optimise the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness to improve customer online experience.

What do you need?

  • To be able to hit the ground running.
  • Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Analytics.
  • PHP (advantageous to the role).
