Location: St.Neots, Cambridgeshire (hybrid working optional)
Pico is searching for an Automotive Support Assistant to join our Automotive team!
This is a key role that will enable the successful individual to provide essential support for customers, co-ordination between the Automotive team and other internal Pico teams!
You will:
- Answer requests for information about kits, products, pricing, documentation & availability
- Manage Custom kit and branding requests
- Support Automotive Specialists in the identification, potential sourcing & evaluation of 3rd party products
- Progress minor projects (branding & 3rd party products) through the Pico development process
- Update Bills of Material following component obsolescence changes
- Ensure satisfactory migration to the SysPro ERP system for all Automotive products and customers.
- Provide a regular supply of information to distributors (including pricing and availability), including the potential creation and maintenance of a distributor portal
- Provide reporting and analysis for the Automotive team regarding orders, sales and live projects

- Proficiency in Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of ERP Systems, kitting and configuration of products
- Good customer interaction skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Thorough attention to detail
