II'm the newest member of the recruitment team here at Pico! I joined in July 2023, and I'll never look back!

From the moment I stepped foot into Pico's office, I knew I had made the right choice. The companies unique atmosphere holds strong moral values, making everyone feel instantly welcome and valued just by being yourself. Pico truly feels like a big, supportive family.

What drew me to Pico initially was their genuine commitment to work-life balance. With core hours that accommodate life's demands and encourage flexibility from day one, it's no wonder that Pico's "work hard, play hard" philosophy resonates so strongly with us.

When I'm not helping find the best talent for our team, you can find me spending time with my family or on a weekend getaways all over the UK.

I’ve been a Piconian since September 2021. The decision to join was easy, it was immediately clear to me that everyone at Pico has such a passion for their work, and Pico has a passion for looking after its people. 

The family feel of the Company was a huge appeal, along with the massive list of benefits and the never ending treats and perks (flexible and hybrid working, food trucks on site for free lunches, cash health plans, a gym, and social events to name a few).

I'm passionate about creating and maintaining a work environment where people can be themselves - after all, it’s the bravest thing you can do.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at a punk rock gig, with my german shepherd, or doing something car related - I’m a JDM fanatic!

I joined Pico in May 2022 as part of the recruitment team.

I was looking for somewhere family friendly and flexible. It was important to me to find a new opportunity with a Company that encouraged progression and development. To me, this list of “must haves” with employers seemed like a lot but Pico ticked all the boxes. It is invaluable being able to manage my workload around my family and core office hours.

Work life balance and showing appreciation is important to Pico and that is repeatedly demonstrated in the way they treat their employees. Safe to say, I’m over the moon that I made the decision to become a Piconian!

Outside of work, I love to bake and spend time with my family. I also enjoy going to the theatre and travelling.
