I’ve been a Piconian since September 2021. The decision to join was easy, it was immediately clear to me that everyone at Pico has such a passion for their work, and Pico has a passion for looking after its people. 

The family feel of the Company was a huge appeal, along with the massive list of benefits and the never ending treats and perks (flexible and hybrid working, food trucks on site for free lunches and social events to name a few).

I wanted to take a new role somewhere that encouraged people to be themselves - after all, it’s the bravest thing you can do.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at a punk rock gig or doing something car related - I’m a JDM fanatic!

I’m the newest member of the recruitment team, having joined Pico in May 2022.

I was looking for somewhere family friendly and flexible. It was important to me to find a new opportunity with a Company that encouraged progression and development. To me, this list of “must haves” with employers seemed like a lot but Pico ticked all the boxes. It is invaluable being able to manage my workload around my family and core office hours.

Work life balance and showing appreciation is important to Pico and that is repeatedly demonstrated in the way they treat their employees. Safe to say, I’m over the moon that I made the decision to become a Piconian!

Outside of work, I love to bake and spend time with my family. I also enjoy going to the theatre and travelling.
